General Discussion / Soldier Experience
« on: June 18, 2017, 10:53:30 AM »
I remember a long time ago Tom said when soldiers got around 20 experience their survival rate greatly increases.  Has anyone experimented much with soldier experience? When do you think it's best to train into calvary or say plate for example?

Where can the Lord of an estate see what the progress is of a takeover of one of his own estates? I know you can see it in manage actions when you initiate one but what about when someone else tries to take yours?

Well I've never played any of those games so I'm not really following the "core" reference. I'm just thinking simple but again have no idea on the coding.

Could you allow a ruler to restore any dead realm (zero nobles and estates) who has control of any of the dead realms former lands.

Said restored realm would then automatically be set to the next lowest hierarchy level.

For example realm X is a county with land that used to be controlled by realm C that was a kingdom.  Realm X restores realm C to active status but it is now a barony.

Such an example would allow the dead realms of higher hierarchy to be restored as well.

This example would likely give multiple players the opportunity to restore the same realm but in reality most players would likely ignore such a feature a they would want to build their own kingdoms per say. Thus only those that really wanted the dead realms name and history would do so.

Any hopes of restoring dead realms? I would love to bring Ryne back.

I see that you can create a single artifact per account. Are you able to edit the item after creation? How about delete to create a new one?

Heh. Greetings from the d'Serrai.

I have been reading through the forums every now and then - and yes, its good to see M&F still ticking. I might return some day...and yes, its surprisingly good to see some remnants still there...even though Tan and his father both were killed while sleeping. Lots of history lost  :(

I had a lot of fun playing against, alongside and especially jointly with your characters - salutations from the past!

Indeed! I decided to give it another go. We had some good interactions Tan, even an offspring if I remember correctly.

I still have Kalidor Kye, brother to Arteries Kye the first King of Ryne whom was killed in battle.  My former capital is now The Imperial City of Genten.

Khari Kye, Kalidor's daughter will soon take control of a village from a slumbering lord in eastern part of old Ryne. Mayhaps Ryne will rise again.

Well hello everyone. It's been over a year and a half since Slumberblight afflicted me and I started to wonder how the game is progressing.

I found it gratifying that there are still signs of Rathgar (I originated is name) and that there are still lands titled as Tor's. To bad someone killed off Unending Cloudless Skies but it's too be expected. The kingdom of Ryne had also fallen but wow I still have to of its founding First Ones from House Kye still alive and they have woken from Slumberblight.

Looks like player density is still an issue but I think I'm willing to give this game another go.

Dungeons / Re: Can you do Dungeons with multiple characters?
« on: August 23, 2015, 07:42:56 AM »
no a single dungeon can only be entered by a minimum of 3 different player characters. But you could have all your characters in different dungeons if you had the players to support that.

Being able to grant lands to another remotely would be a boon.  You can abdicate a realm why not a village. ....

Well I have to say the masquerade happening at Merywyn right now seems to be a success. I should have invited more people.
