How to Play?

I am knew and wonder how I can "place" I see similar this, https://imgur.com/a/lurCvZD, and cannot do anything not know what to do. No Family No Master. xD

Have you tried since you logged in a 2nd time? For some reason one of the spawning options is not present when you first create a character, but is when you access them again.

I login my profile once again. Yet same outcomes, cannot "place". Same 2 spawning option no other is present. :P

Well that is new, I just created a test character and I have all three options.
