You probably noticed this by now, but the forum layout has changed a bit. Most boards have simply been moved to new locations. The only exceptions to this is the "Chivalry & Conduct" board which has been merged with the "Calm Zone" to create the "Conduct & Design Discussion" board.
Added are an "Off-topic Chat" down under the new "Community" Category, a "Bug Reports" board, as well as a formal "Developing Might & Fealty Board".
