Surrender option
« on: December 06, 2015, 07:06:56 PM »
Lets say you are being highly outnumbered and your disengage failed. There is a chance you'll might flee after battle, there is a chance you'll be capture, and there a chance you'll be killed. It would be nice if you could have the option to surrender, for it may make sense for RP or political reasons.

So, basically, add the action "Surrender" when you are being attacked.

Make it process the surrender during battle, so it may work as a backstab against your allies, for example.

I requested something similar in the past - a "make captive" button which instantly makes you the captive of a nearby noble. Cool thing about this is it can work as a surrender in battle or be used out of combat for RP reasons as well. I'm sure it's a back-burner project right now.

Yes, it's on the list (or maybe I've forgotten about it already), but I support the idea.

Added now, except that it can't be used in battle due to exploit potential.

What exploit potential?

Edit: Nevermind, I saw the other thread.
