Is this still active? Because I may be interested in joining as a Leiutenant
Now I have a mental image of horses lined up in a goods factory, building things on an assembly line.

Put up a knight offer and I'll make a character to join.

Will do, We have had a bit of a flood of recruits, so shares might be a bit small at the moment

Unlikely. The history of Merc companies is hardly a success, either on the battlefield or in terms of recruits. Honestly I simply don' t think current mechanics makes them really viable.

A little to the south of the former GHC I have established the "Knight of Glaedwine," a huge soldier clad in plate and piety who seeks to bring the Trinity back to land as it once had been. I was planning on creating a sort of Theocracy/Holy Order, which would function mostly like a regular elective realm besides the RP. Just trying to bring some diversity to the area, and bring some religion back into play. If anyone wants to join up head to Northbrooke south of the Golden Hand. It'd be interesting to see, like in real life, nobles from notable families joining a religious order for a time. I was maybe thinking characters could simply join and study/train for fighting/religion for lets say a year or so and then head off with these newfound skills. Idk, probably it'll be just me but you can always hope in this game.

Then why in the south? The Trinity did not exist there, their Heartlands are currently owned by a Hawk sub realm.

Since when did religion need a claim on the land? Also from my experience the Trinity is sprinkled all around, since no one really does things with religion involved that much. If the lands you speak of are the ones I am thinking of, those haven't held the seat of the Trinity for a long time.

They don't. Just pointing out that you are in a region that the Trinity never really reached, and that the Trinity had its version of the Vatican up in the central coastal regions. The South has always several of its own religions, but I believe the only 2 that remain with any players are the religion that the Black Order follows, and the religion of Hawks as practiced by Elysium.
